Machine tools: Design, development and manufacture of CNC machines for milling and machining in 2D and 3D. We have standard products in all categories and models, but our capacity allows us to manufacture machines to tailored to your needs.
The machines are manufactured from an standard basic package within each preconceived model. Previously, we make a study of the client's specific needs and requirements of the machine working. This formula enables us to tailor the components and accessories required to achieve an optimal configuration of functionality and performance with maximum relationship technology / price.
Industrial cutting: Design, development and manufacturing of CNC machines for cutting with laser, water and plasma (conventional and high definition). We have a wide range of models and accessories that meet the most demanding needs in the field of industrial cutting. Machines characterized by their robustness, accuracy, performance, quality and low maintenance, all combined with a high level of equipment and technology integration and security control.
Retrofitting: We have a team of professionals dedicated exclusively to perform upgrades obsolete components on CNC machines. We also do conversions to CNC of lathes and milling machines conventional. The retrofit is a very attractive to equip its conventional machine with the latest technology in transmission elements and linear motion, control systems, management software and intelligent security systems without the need for a big investment. The retrofit confers high productivity on its machinery, with maximum guarantees and reduced costs.
Technical Assistance Center: In Innova CNC we pay special attention to after sales service because we know the repercussions caused by an incident, breakdown or stoppage of the machine. For this reason we provide a flexible support, maintenance and spare parts supply.
To minimize downtime, we have a technical team to ensure the rapid and effective action. All machines incorporate a system that allows remote assistance directly from our facilities.
Within assistance services, we also available annual maintenance contracts and assistance during the warranty period or beyond.
